Entertainer Chris Brown and his ex-girlfriend, modeler Karrueche Tran case is still pending in court since Tran has been unable to deliver the legal documents to Chris Brown and Chris's attorney refused to accept services on behalf of his client.
It is alleged that Chris Brown abused and threatened the model during their relationship, according to what she claims.Tran wants to issue a permanent restraining order against Chris.
Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos stated that the model's case is "doomed to failure".

Jacob York, Tran's manager responded to Chris's camp saying "please don't use Karrueche's name to distract from your client's current negative issues...let's handle it in court".
