The 27-year-old Jamaican-American singer, songwriter, rapper and record producer Sean Kingston is the newest victim in a lawsuit that claims that he has failed to pay for a Rolex that he purchased in 2013 costing $46K.

According to one, Norman Silverman Diamonds, the entertainer had paid $10K upfront and then he sent a check of $36K a number of days later for the Rolex to be shipped down to one of his business associate in June of 2013. However, the says that the check has bounced because the singer has non-sufficient funds to clear.
Documents that were obtained shows that Diamond, The jeweler has been able to receive some $15K more from Sean in September of 2013 but he still has a remaining amount of $21.353 to pay until now, according to TMZ. Nevertheless, it has been far too long now (four years) and the jeweler wants the entertainer to pay the $21,353 along with a little extra for lawyer fees and damages.
