Rick Ross Sentence To Five Years Probation For kidnap And Assault

Rick Ross and his bodyguard Nadrian Lateef James pled no contest to misdemeanor kidnapping and an assault charge on Tuesday, April 4th on two of Rozay's employees back in June 2015.
The artist and James were sentenced to five years probations which include that they must attend anger management sessions and refrain from drinking alcohol, using drugs, owning firearms or being in contact with the victims.
The incident leading up to this court case took place after two of Ross employees threw a party at him 235 acre Fayetteville, Ga home without asking his permission. When he learned about the party, Rick and his bodyguard James took the employees to the Fayetteville property's guest house to attack them.
Rick tried to explain to the court that he and James actions resulted in self-defense but the court didn't go for it.
Ross and James plead guilty to pointing a pistol at another person. What's worst Ross to cop to three counts of marijuana?
Never the less Ross is escaping without any jail time.
The rapper stated that he respect and appreciate the way the court handle his case.
