It seems like Chris Brown could be slap with a lawsuit for allegedly punching photographer, Bennie L. Vines at Tampa's AJA Channelside Club.
Brown is now being asked by the Tampa Nightclub to return some $30.000 that he was paid after he reportedly break the agreement. It was reported by TMZ that the entertainer grow into violence after the nightclub photographer violated the "No Photos" ruling.
According to what sources told TMZ, Chris was paid to perform for one hour at the Tampa's Nightclub but only stayed some five minutes after he got himself involve in assaulting the photographer.
The night club have reached out to Chris camp for the money but haven't heard back anything as yet.
