Fox news reports out of Connecticut that a man was yesterday (May 09) arrested by local authorities after he broke into Rapper 50 Cent's home. Allegedly the suspect tripped an entry alarm on Tuesday which alerted private security at the rapper's mansion.
Police reportedly found the man on the 18-acre estate some 10 miles west of Hartford. However 50 Cent was not in the building at the said time.
Elwin Joyce 34, of Windsor, Connecticut is now been charged with burglary, trespassing and other crimes. No statement has been made by any lawyer representing the felon.
It is said that 50 Cent had purchased the mansion from boxer Mike Tyson for US $4 million some 14 years ago, however the mansion is now in the market at a value of US $6 million.
